How do I book an appointment?
Click any Book button on this site. You'll go to our secure scheduling page, where you choose a time and complete a short health questionnaire. It takes about 3 minutes.
How quickly will you reply to my email?
During office hours, we usually reply within one business hour. Emails sent after hours are answered the next business morning.
Can I book the same day?
Often, yes. Same-day appointments are usually available on weekdays. Choose the earliest time shown when you book.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Reschedule any time up to 2 hours before your appointment at no cost, using the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us.
Do I need to visit an office?
No. Evaluations are done by secure video or phone, so you can be seen from anywhere in Oklahoma. Our Oklahoma City and Tulsa offices are listed for mail and local reference.
Do you offer visits in Spanish or with an interpreter?
Let us know by email before your visit and we'll do our best to arrange an interpreter at no extra cost.
