Terms of service

These terms govern your use of oklahomacannabisclinic.com and the services of Oklahoma Cannabis Clinic. By booking an appointment or using the site, you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide medical evaluations by Oklahoma-licensed physicians registered with the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) to determine whether a medical marijuana recommendation is appropriate. We are not affiliated with OMMA, do not issue state licenses, and do not sell cannabis.

2. No guarantee of recommendation or license

Each physician uses independent medical judgment, and a recommendation is issued only when medically appropriate. OMMA alone decides whether to issue a patient license.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book for yourself. Minors may be evaluated only with a parent or legal guardian present. Adult and minor patient licenses require Oklahoma residency.

4. Telehealth consent

By booking, you consent to receive care through telehealth. You understand that telehealth has limits, that the physician may decline to evaluate or ask for a video visit if a phone visit is not adequate, and that technical problems may occur. You agree to take your visit from a private location within Oklahoma.

5. Accurate information

You agree to provide complete and truthful information about your identity, residency, health history and medications. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your visit or recommendation and, where required, notice to authorities.

6. Fees, authorization and payment

Evaluations cost $129 for new patients and $99 for renewals. By booking, you authorize us to place a temporary authorization hold on your payment card for the applicable fee, and to capture that amount only if your physician approves and issues your recommendation. If you are not approved, the hold is released and you are not charged. We may release and re-authorize a hold if your appointment is more than 7 days after booking. State fees are paid separately to OMMA. Holds, cancellations and refunds follow our refund and payment policy.

7. Not emergency care; not legal advice

We don't provide emergency services; call 911 in an emergency. Website content is educational and doesn't create a physician–patient relationship on its own. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

8. Federal law

You understand that marijuana remains illegal under federal law, that a state license does not protect you from federal enforcement, and that use may affect federal employment, firearm eligibility and travel.

9. Responsible use

You agree not to drive or operate machinery while impaired, not to share or sell cannabis, and to keep it away from children.

10. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorization, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the website or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Oklahoma law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
